Dusking: Dancing the sun down for the end of season.

The end of season tour was a blast, big thanks to Barbra B and Helen for organising. This year we performed a ‘Dusking’ as the last dance of the day. This is a way of celebrating the return of the dark long nights. We removed our baldricks and bells and stopped the music emulating how the trees loose their leaves while Ashleigh clash a pair of sticks for the dancers to keep to the beat. I’m not sure the crowd knew what was happening but I think it made a fitting end to the dancing out season. Find out more about dusking here.
